About this game

This is a mobile version of the recognized ice fishing multi player simulation (ProPilkki 2). Get ready to explore the snowy landscapes of more than 30 frozen lakes, ponds and rivers. Challenge yourself in single player tournaments and when you think you're good enough, prove it to the other world by joining the public online games.

Obviously, you can take another approach: join some relaxed network game just to enjoy the fishing atmosphere and take a chance to chat with other fishermen around.

In a free trial version you have access to three lakes, practice mode, single player competition and local records.

Full version includes 40 lakes, real-time network multiplayer game that is fully compatible with PC-version, 25 competition modes, 38 different lures, 4 rods, 8 different baits, 2 drills, 3 seasons, 4 times of day, single player cup, official multiplayer network records, player profile with default equipment selections, forthcoming updates of the game etc.

The user interface is decent, but not specificly tailored for mobile devices. If you doubt this game is any good, you can find a completely free full version from Microsoft Store on Windows and find out. I played the PC version first and then bought the Android version. This game is all about the simulation and does it well.

So I don't think my location map and depth maps line up. Actually I know they don't. Is that part of it or is something off? I started ice fishing 35 years ago. I can get pretty close...closer then gps... triangulating I guess is the term from trolling with a depth finder. If I'm lucky haha. I wish there were ice fishing traps to set especially after jigging up smelts. I do really enjoy this game more than any other outdoor game.

Yes, those are not 100% accurate and synchronized. This feature is based on the way how the game is made (we started creating this game more than 20 years ago!) , but also that in real life you never know exactly your position on the lake. So, you need to drill few more holes for locating yourself exactly. Good luck!

There is a steep learning curve, I didn't know how to use some of the lures at first, but I figured it out. Anyway, this game makes up for the graphics with great gameplay. The controls are more for computer, however.
